IFA Administrative Assistant

As a small, local Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm, we are looking to recruit an individual with an interest in providing administrative support. Applications are welcome from candidates with or without previous financial services experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handling client telephone calls and emails.
Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Managing and maintaining accurate client records.
Carrying out a range of administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation.
Working as part of a small, friendly, office-based team.
Full training will be provided.

Part-time hours will be considered.

About You

We would be keen to hear from candidates who have:

Experience in a client-focused and/or administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
A willingness to work as part of a small, office-based team.
Experience within financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
